Job Summary:

MedLabs Diagnostics a rapidly expanding clinical testing laboratory based in Cedar Knolls NJ is seeking a full time
Systems Analyst (Level 1 Support) in its Information Technology department.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain the equipment inventory and client install lists.
  • Configure computers for client locations precisely following configuration checklists.
  • Travel to remote sites in company vehicle as required to setup / troubleshoot IT equipment.
  • Provide level 1 hardware and software support to users both on site and at remote locations on the Windows platform. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
  • Patiently and professionally work with staff or clients, either face-to-face or over the phone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Precisely follow diagrams, policies, and written / verbal instructions.
  • Set up new user's accounts and profiles and troubleshoot login issues.
  • Work continuously on a task until completed.
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time, ensuring each case / request is resolved in a timely manner.
  • Clean and maintain the equipment storage room.
  • Manage small to medium size projects independently ensuring timely completion.
  • Special Projects as Assigned.
